“Called 10 AM on a weekday and was able to get a 2 PM appt to fix the cause of water gushing out of a tub diverter. David showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad cartridge. He worked efficiently and replaced the bad cartridge. Also changed the showerhead at the same time. We are very happy that it is all working properly again. Would most definitely use Precision and David again.”
